Dangermouse

Months ago, my mum had to use her saloon car to take hay back to her farm (for her horses). I can't remember when she first noticed her extra passenger or noticed signs of the passenger but we put it to the back of our minds. I then borrowed the car for a few months and it never once crossed my mind that the passenger could still be there.

Last weekend, my mum showed me what she had found. The night before, she had put some shopping in the back of the car and amoungest the shopping was a pack of cigarettes. When she went to take the pack out, there was a hole in the side. Turns out, the extra passenger she had was still there! She bought some mousetraps and tonight, she set them in the back of the car while we went to visit my gran. After 2 hours, we decided to head home. I was just unlocking my car door when she shouted me over. She had opened the trunk of her car and wanted to see if I had a flashlight to see if the mouse had been caught. She moved a bag to the side and screamed in horror. Jumping about a foot away from the car. Her passenger was now a mouse stuck in a mousetrap but before anyone starts shouting "ANIMAL ABUSE"..the mouse wriggled out of the trap and is now loose in the car again but she's setting the traps again tonight.

We have a problem with mousies in our house. Our old next door neighbours were those kind of people that lived in filth. They also had birds in an aviary in their backyard. So you can imagine the state they kept the birds in. So now we have a problem with mousies, rats and cockroaches. We've always kept birds too, and until they moved in, we never had a problem with vermin. We've had pest controllers in and all, to no avail. Summertime comes and we get those huge flying cockroaches in the house. Once you get them, you cant get rid of them. We put mousie traps and rat traps down, yet somehow they still manage to breed. The new next door neighbours have the same problem too. Same with the people on the other side of them. We can't put poison down either, coz of our birds, also the dog and cat. Its a vicious circle.

That must be such a nightmare =(

My mum has problems with mice in the house but the cat gets them. The cat normally leaves them in the middle of the kitchen. Last time, Tilly was throwing one about in the air..like it was all a game :|

I have only had one mouse problem in my life I loved it when our cat finally caught it, he would play with it for awhile before killing it

this one time when one of our cats caught a mouse outside I made the mistake of forgetting to protect myself from getting bitten :\

we don't like our cats eating outside mice or rats whatever they are called outside the house lol, anyways cause we don't want our cats getting rabies well i took a mouse from my cat's mouth i held it by the tail only so i wouldn't be near it's mouth, i was young lol didn't think that it could pull itself up to bite me >.< had to get a rabies shot to make sure i didn't catch it incase the mouse had it
